Alan Foster

Alan Foster is the founder of Foster Law Group and counsels entrepreneurs and businesses of all sizes on corporate, business, and intellectual property legal matters. His clients are in electronics, software and web development, e-commerce, venture capital, life sciences, environmental consulting, IT consulting, marketing communications, light manufacturing, facilities management, commercial landscaping, training services, business consulting, and restaurants.

Alan is a member of the Business and Intellectual Property Law Sections of the California State Bar. He graduated from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles)and received his degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
